WHY IS COACHING ANY DIFFERENT TO HAVING A CHAT WITH A FRIEND?
Working with a coach allows you to be held in a space that is just for you. As a coach I am here to facilitate your growth on your terms. There is no judgment, no ‘shoulds’, no restrictions to your dreams and wishes. What I provide is structure, accountability and my own expertise, experience and knowledge to help you unlock your true potential.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE IN THE 3 MONTH CONTAINER?
You will be committing to a one-hour call every other week for 12 weeks.
WHAT HAPPENS IN BETWEEN THE WEEKLY CALLS?
You are accountable to yourself and may be required to work on agreed actions after each call. I offer support via messaging within set times during the container.
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED IN THE CONTAINER?
My signature support pack that will facilitate your work throughout the course including a visibility meditation.
The container includes support outside of the weekly call via Whatsapp within agreed working hours.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR THE COACHING SESSIONS?
All sessions are done via Zoom and you will be required to show up at the same time for an hour each session. It may help you to have a notepad and pen to take notes during the call.
WHAT IF I DON'T GET THE RESULTS I WANT?
There is no guarantee to this work. However, I can state with confidence that committing to investing in yourself, dedicating consistent time to your self-development by working with a coach and being accountable will shift set patterns of behaviour to then unlock your dreams and true potential. I can state this with confidence because I have done it myself.

CAN I TERMINATE MY COMMITMENT BEFORE THE END OF THE 3 MONTH CONTAINER ENDS?
You can but you will be bound to the agreed contract and terms and conditions at the time of payment for the container. Please read through these to be sure of your investment and commitment.
