My service doesn’t stop once you’ve received your beautiful images

More often than not, and I am one of these people too, we receive the images in a gallery and love them and are on a high with the results. But then daily life and the to do lists kick in and what you invested in has taken a back seat whilst life gets in the way.

So how do we get past this? Well, I include in my personal branding package an aftercare service :-). Just like when you invest in something new you want to know you are being looked after and that that company really cares about you. I care about you and I want you to get the most out of our investment.

Remember how much work you did so that you were feeling your most awesome during the shoot. How sad to let all that great work go to waste and to one day maybe actually forget where you stored those image files because you haven’t looked at them for so long. :-(. (guilty over here!)

So how does my aftercare package look?

A month after the shoot I will get in touch for a zoom chat. A month is a good time for you to settle into your photos and also to reflect if you have done anything with them. If you have then that is a gold star for you, well done and please keep up the great work, your brand and your clients are loving you for your visibility.

If after a month you still haven’t done anything about your new sparkly branding images then this is the gently nudge to find out why.

The check in is informal and an opportunity to understand what is stopping you from revealing your awesome self. If there are sticking points then we can work through them, if the confidence to shine has done a runner I can help to fetch it back and re-empower you to make that brave move.

From there, hopefully, you are ready to fly and I’ll say adios until next time when you may want a refresh of images. Or we meet up, virtually, for our final chat to ask any questions about how to utilise your images in the best way.

So in a nutshell, you will have included in the personal branding shoot package two aftercare calls, both will be booked in when the shoot is booked so you can’t wiggle away. Think of the calls as a cosy cuppa with your friend, an opportunity to catch up, reminisce and plan ahead for the next natter.
